Regretfully, we can not refund shipping charges incurred to send the original items to you. In the event of an exchange, there will be a small charge to cover the cost of shipping the second item. If the reason for a refund is due to our mistake, we will refund the entire amount, including shipping. Please include the appropriate amount to cover the cost of our re-shipping the item to you. If it cost $3.85 to send it back to us, please include that amount in the form of a check so that we can get your exchange out faster. Alternatively, you may contact us via our toll free number and have the additional shipping charges applied to your credit card.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you purchase.  If for any reason you decide to return your order, we ask that the following conditions be met.

If you are returning one item from an order with multiple items, only the amount paid for the returned item will be refunded.  Regretfully, we can not refund shipping charges incurred to send the items to you unless there was a clear mistake on our part such as shipping the “wrong” item.
